How does the MobillCash process work for the Merchant?
MobillCash has two ways of working with your business.
1) 10 Minute instant set up:
You create a simple payment button with a specific price and place it on your website. In this case, once a transaction is complete we'll notify you electronically each time a transaction is confirmed and completed. We can send SMS, Email or both. You can also view everything online in your Mobillcash.com merchant private back office.
2) Integrated with your existing shopping cart:
You integrate MobillCash into your shopping cart. Once a transaction is complete we'll notify your shopping cart that the transaction is confirmed, and it will process the order just as it does with credit cards. Typical integration takes a few hours.
How and when does the merchant get paid?
Merchants are paid electronically once per month. You are paid within 7 days from the time the carrier pays the transaction. A carrier typically pays once per month, therefore some payments can take 35-45 days and others up to 60-90 days depending on transaction dates and carrier cycle closing dates. In most cases it is around 60 days.
All transactions and their status are available in the merchant back office.
Are any products better than others to offer MobillCash payment solution?
Again, in our one year of live testing we found businesses with digital media, service and membership programs did best. The primary reason is that those businesses don't have a direct hard cost of goods and they can wait for the payment cycle for the new increased business they never had acquired previously.
